Expected Schoolwide Learner Outcomes
Reflection
I have studied at MUIDS for three years, this being my third and last year here. I have grown as a personal and in accordance to the ESLOs of the school; the expected schoolwide learner outcomes that includes of 1 Strategic Learners, 2 Innovative Thinkers, 3 Articulate Communiators, 4 Morally Intelligent Persons, 5 Altruistic Global Citizens, and 6 Leaders of the future.

As strategic leaners, we must
- Recognize what is important to know and understand
- Reflect on their learning and use mistakes to help themselves improve
- Plan how to learn without wasting time
- Use technology to do research and to work
We have practiced these through many classes. In my selected elective course in grade 10 especially, we were to select a topic to publish a magazine on, in which I chose art and dug deeper into. In Multimedia class in grade 11, we were to research on a topic that we were interested in and make a documentary about and our topic was 'The Differences Between International and Thai Schools'.

Secondly, innovative thinkers, we must
- Build on the ideas, explanations, and reasoning of others
- Apply what they know to analyze, evaluate, and solve problems
- Are creative and original
- Use technology to create high quality products
As an art student, this was the area I improved most on as I constantly practice my creativity through the many projects we have in art classes as seen through my pages; Intro to Design, Art 11, Art Studies. Art students are encouraged to always be thinking deeper into things and executing projects that combined both our technical skills and conceptual thinking.

Third, articulate communicators;
- Listen, read, write, and speak for different purposes and use different methods to communicate
- Articulate concepts they understand and how they understand them to different social groups
- Use technology and media to clarify, explain, and state their ideas
In my last year, I chose AP Literature and Composition as one of my core class choices. In this class we did a lot of reading; even up to six in only half a year.

Fourth, morally intelligent persons;
- Show behavior that is moral, honest, and correct according to society’s rules
- Encourage honesty, justice and peace in the community
- Are hardworking and caring
- Use technology in ways that do not harm others
For morally intelligent persons, we practiced understanding at the world in a more spiritual level in Buddhism and looked at world problems in Model United Nations.

Fifth, altruistic global citizens,
- Live a healthy lifestyle and who are responsible citizens
- Respect other cultures and their differences
- Show concern and responsibility for the well-being of their community
- Use technology to promote community service
We display of civic responsibility and awareness of improving the world as global citizens through our CSR in marketing. As well as being aware of the pollution in our environment in Thai Geography.
Lastly, Leaders of the future,
- Build teamwork and leadership to achieve common goals
- Work through a group’s differences and accept its decisions
- Evaluate how well a group works together and gives each group member helpful feedback
- Use technology to solve problems as a group
As founding members of MUN group at school, taking initiative in making a change and cooperating internationally in doing so. Similarly with the JA Program at school, where we came up with a product, manufactured, and sold it to people.
